Planting up the veggie beds

Mrs Dobbie's Intermediate 1 Biology class started planting up the school vegetable beds this morning. Pupils have a raised bed each or between pairs, and are choosing a selection of vegetables to plant in their bed. Today we sowed onion sets and carrot and beetroot seeds straight into the soil. Others, like courgettes, pumpkins and lettuce we are starting off in small pots in the greenhouse.
